EB Realty Management Corporation was founded by Eric Blumenfeld in 1995 and is now considered to be one
of the premier management and development firms in the City of Philadelphia. Many have labeled EBRM the
turnaround specialist for its increasing ability to transform the façade of a neighborhood without
compromising the personality of its community.
EBRM currently owns and manages three luxury residential properties in Philadelphia.
· The Marine Club Apartments, located on Broad Street and Washington Avenue, are
currently being converted into luxury condominiums, complete with personalized
finishes, a courtyard oasis and a spacious spa and wellness facility. EBRM is now in
the process of selling these luxury condominiums.
· The Executive House Apartments is a 20-story luxury high-rise located at 6100 City Line
Avenue. The structure accommodates 301 apartments, parking for 333 vehicles, a state of
the art fitness center and heated outdoor pool.
· Lofts 640 is a conversion of the former Mulford Building located at 640 North Broad Street
and houses 265 residences. This massive structure has nine 40,000 square foot floors and a
4-story annex on the roof that houses a glass enclosed pool and fitness facility.
Lofts 640 is now complete with its own waterscaped courtyard, Cyber Café and Yoga Studio.
In addition, by November 2006 Mark Vetri of Phillys Vetri restaurant is planning to open
his second restaurant located at the Broad Street entrance of Lofts 640.
EBRM is also well known for purchasing, developing and selling two high-end condominium buildings in the city of Philadelphia.
· Abbotts Square is a mixed-use building comprised of 162 residences located in Society Hill.
It also includes 60,000 square feet of retail space and a 318-car parking facility.
Abbotts Squares retail family includes Chefs Market, Blockbuster Video, Wawa
and Commerce Bank to name a few.
· The Cigar Factory Condominiums are located at 1147 North 4th Street in Northern Liberties.
The former Cigar Factory, built by the Theobold & Oppenheimer Company, was originally
constructed in 1900. EBRM has converted the old factory into 32 New York loft-style
condominiums with indoor parking on the first level. From the expansive wooden beamed
ceilings and voluminous factory windows to the granite kitchen and bath appointments, this
project rivals any other loft conversion in the United States.
EBRM has been recognized by such organizations as the Apartment Association of Philadelphia and the
Preservation Alliance. The firm recently received the William Penn Award for Excellence for Cigar Factory.
EBRM continually strives to create the best in luxury apartment and condominium living with a focus on security,
lifestyle and innovation in marketing.
