Eric Blumenfeld received his Bachelors Degree from
Tulane University in 1985 and went on to continue his education locally at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School
of Finance and Temple University's Real Estate Institute. Blumenfeld has taught and spoken at Temple University and has also
been asked to lecture at a variety of local symposiums. He is considered an expert on such topics as construction, home
sales and community development. Throughout his career thus far, Blumenfeld has managed and developed many premier
residential communities in the Philadelphia area and has built over 500 homes in the South Jersey and Philadelphia markets.
Blumenfeld is the sole founder and owner of EB Realty Management, a firm that has been dedicated to developing
real estate in the metropolitan and South Jersey areas since its inception in 1995. EBRM s home offices are
located in Society Hill, Philadelphia. Blumenfeld s development, construction and management experience is
both extensive and diverse, encompassing single family housing, townhouses, mid-rise, high-rise apartment/
condominium buildings, as well as commercial, retail development and parking facilities. EBRM is considered
to be one of the premier real estate management firms in the City of Philadelphia. Eric Blumenfeld is the
mastermind behind this firm and the reason why its success has tripled in the past ten years.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Blumenfeld now resides on the Main Line with his wife Jacqueline, their six-year-old
daughter Alexis and their one-year-old son Jesse. When he is not working, Eric enjoys spending time with his family
at their summer home along the Jersey shore. His other hobbies include traveling, automobiles, politics and current
events. Anyone who knows Eric also knows that he is an avid sports fan, playing everything from basketball to
tennis, he even dabbled a bit in boxing before turning to his true métier of real estate development.
